Ingredients for How to Make Pressure Cooker Creamy Cauliflower Alfredo Pasta in the Instant Pot
This recipe can be made Vegan / Vegetarian by using Margarine instead of butter, and vegetable broth instead of chicken broth, and omitting the Parmesan cheese if desired.
2 tablespoons butter (or margarine)
2 cloves garlic
7-8 cups cauliflower florets
1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
2 teaspoons salt
2 cups spinach, coarsely chopped
1 pound fettuccine pasta
Some chopped raw carrots (1 or 2 carrots)
For garnish:
Parmesan cheese
Sun-dried tomatoes, soaked and then chopped
