Driving with Vuze XR – Tour of Vancouver’s West Side in VR 180 – Test footage in 3D stereoscopic

In this test video, I used the a Joby Gorillapod with the Vuze XR in VR 180 mode (3d video) to test if the Vuze XR camera can work well to capture the view from a car while driving.

This video is VR 180 which can be viewed in 3D using a VR headset such as the Oculus Quest 2. It can also be viewed on a desktop or phone.

The verdict? Yes, the Vuze XR captures the view from a car nicely while driving.

Camera settings:
Vuze XR in VR 180 mode, full auto (no manual settings were used).

Vuze VR Studio was used to render the footage to VR 180 format, using 3D 180 (original), Apple ProRes 422, 120 Mbps, Alignment On, Stabilization set to “Shake” only (not “Shake and Horizon”).

Edited using Adobe Premiere.
Audio is from the camera.
Rendered for Youtube using H.264, 125 Mbps, high quality.
