Ingredients for Greek Style Chicken with Potatoes and Peas in the Instant Pot
5 Chicken Drumsticks with skin-on including bone.
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried Rosemary
1 teaspoon dried Oregano
A pinch of red pepper flakes
1 pound large fingerling potatoes, Washed and pricked with a knife
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup frozen peas
1/2 English Cucumber, chopped
2 Bell Peppers, Cored and chopped
1 lemon (to squeeze juice on at the end)

Geoff filmed this 360 video, a delicious recipe, using his Samsung Gear 360 video camera and Zoom H2n Audio Recorder, in Vancouver, BC, Canada.

The sound is captured in Ambisonic surround using Zoom H2n and Ambisonics is best experienced with headphones. When you rotate the video, the sound mix will change to your orientation.
