3 Egg Omelette with Tomato and Soy Cheese (Sony HX7V)

This morning Tony made a fantastic layered omelette, with a vine ripened hot-house tomato and Havarti-style Soy Cheese (non-dairy cheese). It was really good!! Here is a video of the omelette that is all ready to eat on the plate, and Tony cutting into one of them with his knife. Yummy!!

This video shows the camera’s amazing Macro capability during video, to get really close to the omelette and see the texture and steam in full HD 1080i (60i) which translates to 30p (progressive) frames per second.
