Recipe: How to make Yaletown Pockets (kind of like sushi)

Inspired by the Westcoast Pockets, an appetizer from the Vancouver restaurant chain Cactus Club Cafe

Yaletown pockets are made with seasoned sushi rice, inari wrappers, smoked salmon, pea shoots, and sesame seeds mixed with hemp seeds.

Also pictured is some home made avocado nigiri sushi
