The atmosphere may be fairly utilitarian, but don’t be fooled – the staff here are very friendly and the house-made soft tofu is the main attraction, served either refreshingly cold, or comfortingly hot. A variety of toppings and flavors are available. Prices are quite reasonable.

The restaurant also has a few other snacks available, such as the Curry Fish Balls, Potstickers, and 3 kinds of Vegetarian Gluten (as shown in the video). These were quite tasty and affordable.

One of my favorite places in Vancouver to enjoy some amazing Jamaican jerk Tofu, Salmon, or other wonderful and authentic Caribbean foods. Great atmosphere, open late on Friday and Saturday, pretty close to downtown Vancouver by taxi.

Edited with Adobe Premiere CS5.5 (the 3-way color corrector was used to make the shadows more blue and the highlights more yellow, and at the end of the video I used some keyframes to gradually adjust the shadows input to be more black.)
