Screen Recorded with Camstudio on a Windows 7 Dell PC (Intel i7 and USB 3.0 for a faster workflow), using the Camstudio lossless codec. Resulting AVI file was converted to MOV Motion Jpeg using XMedia Recode.
Audio was recorded using a Zoom H1 in audio interface mode (44.1khz, 16 bit), using a Sennheiser lapel microphone. Audio was processed using Audacity.
