I really like this software. It lets me access my music/videos collection (that is stored on my desktop at home) anywhere, such as at work or on my mobile phone. I only paid a few dollars for their Android app, the other parts are free. plex.tv/

We use Plex at home with our Roku 3 smart TV box: roku.com
