Family Christmas Tree Trimming and Salmon in Canada (2010)

Last weekend we decorated the Christmas tree and enjoyed a wonderful salmon dinner. Thanks to Mom, Dad and B. for a great celebration.

Video shows:
-vegetable appetizer tray that is mostly eaten
-poinsettia flowers on table
-marinated Wild Salmon fillets ready to go in the oven (broiler)
-bare Christmas tree inside living room, without any ornaments
-Christmas holiday music being played on the family stereo
-family decorating the Christmas tree with our ornaments, and putting on glitter (shiny silver plastic string decorations).
-Enjoying the Christmas tree with the colored lights illuminated, sitting on the couch
-An overhead shot of the living room showing the tree, carpet, brother reading, and the grand piano
-the salmon fillets coming out of the oven, and Dad explains that they were marinated in Soy Sauce with Ginger.
-shot of the chopped, peeled and boiled carrots in a serving bowl
-shot of the poinsettia leaves
-serving the salmon fillets on large plates, topped with a garnish of fresh cilantro, served with steamed asparagus.

Thanks to my wonderful family for a great Christmas celebration 2010!
Wishing you and your family a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Love,
Geoff
