Venture into Ross Alley and step back in time – you’ll find the Golden Gate Fortune Cookie Factory. Pay a dollar or two and you can have your picture taken next to the hard working ladies who are making fortune cookies right in front of your eyes. And pick up a bag or two of fresh crunchy cookies to enjoy at the hotel.
Also check out the many great bakeries and restaurants where you can find steamed buns, dim sum, and tasty dessert treats such as egg custard tarts.
