How to make Asian-style Salad Dressing – a geoffmobile exclusive!

Chef Tony from realmeneatgreen.com shows how to make a delicious Asian-style salad dressing. He then adds some smoked salmon to a fresh organic salad and tosses in the dressing. Delicious!

Ingredients:
-Rice vinegar
-Salad Oil (Canola Oil)
-Sesame Oil
-Soya Sauce (Shoyu)
-Agave Nectar
-Fresh ground pepper
-Siracha hot sauce

-Whisked with a fork

-Smoked Salmon
-Fresh organic salad
-Adding the dressing and tossing the salad
-Serving on a plate and topping with two types of Sesame Seeds (garnish)

-Filmed on a Canon EOS T2i using a Canon 50mm F1.4 lens. Audio was recorded onto a Sony ECM-MS907 condenser microphone mounted on a Rode Shotgun Shock Mount model SM3 plugged into the camera directly. Audio gain was manually set using Magic Lantern firmware on the T2i.
