Technical notes:
Audio recorded in stereo into a Zoom H1 in 48khz 24 bit WAV mode.
Video edited in Adobe Premiere Pro CS5.5 on a Windows 7 Dell PC (Intel i7 and USB 3.0 for a faster workflow).
Camera: Sony Cybershot DSC-HX30v with manual white balance set to white piece of paper and then adjusted using WB adjust in camera.

Ingredients:
1 Bag Green Salad
1 Marinated Fish Filet (e.g. Cod Filet)
4 Small Vine Tomatoes
2 Eggs
1 Can Red Kidney Beans
1 Large Potato
1 Bunch Asparagus
1 Tbsp Cooking Oil (Sunflower or Canola)
Pinch of Salt (to put in boiling water)
