This is an interesting book that explains a lot of the techniques commonly used in sales and marketing in order to influence human behavior. It definitely illuminates a lot of what I have experienced in my life, and is a good reflection on the ways that people are influenced to be compliant to others. This knowledge can be used for both good and evil, so I recommend keeping a strong moral compass and use this knowledge to help people rather than take advantage of them.
