This speech was recorded at Best Run Toastmasters in Vancouver BC Canada

The hacks are:
– Turning off email buzzing on your cell phone to reduce cognitive load
– Using a gradual alarm to avoid disturbing your sleeping partner or your colleagues, and at the same time never miss a meeting again
– Using a USB adapter to connect a desktop keyboard to your Android cellphone in order to take notes during meetings – this reduces the need to use a laptop in your meeting which eliminates distractions and “laptop-itis” in meetings.
Geoff filmed this 360 video, a video of his Toastmasters Speech, in 360 degrees, using his YI 360 VR Camera in Vancouver, BC, Canada, using a light stand.
Filmed with YI 360 VR Camera in 4K resolution with in-camera stitching. I used the YI 360 camera on a light stand and filmed the speech.
