Honey Honey Cafe and Crepery, San Francisco CA

Honey Honey
599 Post St
San Francisco, CA 94102

a great place for breakfast and lunch (and even dinner too!) in San Francisco CA. They serve a wide selection of sweet and savory crepes as well as sandwiches, soups, bagels, salads, pasta, burgers, drinks, and more!

Home

They have a machine that makes freshly squeezed orange juice. This machine reminds me of the orange juice machines that Safeway used to have when I was a kid. Pile in the fresh whole oranges (peel and all) at the top of the machine and it will automatically squeeze out all the juice and collect it at the bottom. All the staff needs to do is turn the spout and the freshly squeezed wonderful juice comes out into your glass!

We had the Breakfast crepe and the Pesto Crepe, and we opted to get the side fruit salad (which had a generous amount of strawberries, banana, and kiwi).

I’d definitely like to go back to Honey Honey when I’m visiting San Francisco again. Thanks to the restaurant for a great breakfast, which powered us for a day of walking around the city!!

Walking on Ocean Beach, San Francisco CA

Ocean Beach is the name of the wonderful sandy beach on the west side of San Francisco, near Golden Gate Park. It faces the Pacific Ocean, and has big cresting waves that roll in.

We went for a walk on a sunny day on the beach and enjoyed the beautiful warm sand, the cool ocean breeze, the birds playing in the surf, and people walking their dogs and running along the beach.

I’d love to go back to Ocean Beach. Visiting San Francisco was a really great vacation, and I could definitely spend more time there. I figure it will become an almost yearly trip for me for a change of scene (even though my home city of Vancouver Canada is a great place too).

Ocean Beach is accessible by transit from downtown San Francisco (just check Google Maps for transit directions!).

Turning 29 years old – Birthday Cake with Sparklers and Candles

Here is a video of my birthday cake being decorated with sparklers and candles, which are then lit and the cake is brought to the table. I’ve edited out most of the singing of the happy birthday song but you can catch the end of it. The cake is a Tuxedo cake from Save on Foods in Delta, BC, Canada.

My birthday wish before I blew out the candles (which I will now make public!) is that everyone around me will find happiness in their lives.

Thanks to Mom, Dad, Byron and Tony for a wonderful 29th birthday!
All the best, Love and happiness.
Geoff
