Edited with Adobe Premiere Pro CS5.5 on an Intel i7 Windows 7 Dell PC with USB 3.0 (for a faster workflow).
Audio recorded on a Sony ICD-SX712 using a lapel mic, and processed using Audacity. Audio was synced with video using Pluraleyes by Singular Software.
