-the house bread foccacia with olive oil and balsamic vinegar (very delicious)
-the pasta:
1) Carbonara:
Fettuccini, capicola, green peas, parmesan cheese and fresh cream tossed with a free range egg
2) Roasted Chicken Basilico Ziti:
Olive oil and tomato sauce, artichokes, fire roasted red peppers, pesto,
mascarpone cheese and pumpkin seeds
