After her first bite of a European tomato, Lauren began to question why conventional grocery store food was so lacklustre. Lauren has studied holistic nutrition and has become passionate about local food and what &#8220;good&#8221; food means for flavour, our health, our communities and the environment. &#8220;I dream of a world where food can just be food.
