He is the Former Executive Chef &#8211; The Cannery Seafood Restaurant and The Fish House in Stanley Park, and is also a Chef Instructor.<\/p>\n<p>Thanks very much Chef for allowing me to share this cooking class with you!<\/p>\n<p>Please follow Chef Wayne Sych on Twitter at: @chefwaynesych <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/chefwaynesych\" class=\"autohyperlink\">twitter.com\/chefwaynesych<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<p>4 x 7oz Sablefish filets skin on<br \/>\n2 tbsp Vegetable oil<br \/>\n1 Green onion sliced<\/p>\n<p>For the Sake Miso Glaze<br \/>\n100 ml Miso paste<br \/>\n60 ml Sugar<br \/>\n30 ml Sake<br \/>\n30 ml Mirin<\/p>\n<p>For the Apple Daikon Salad<br \/>\n120 ml mayonnaise<br \/>\n5 ml Dijon mustard<br \/>\n7.5 tsp lemon juice<br \/>\n15 ml white miso<br \/>\n5 ml grated lemon peel<br \/>\n2.5 ml sesame oil<br \/>\n2 each apples, cored and cut into \u00bc -inch dice<br \/>\n1 stalk celery hearts, cut into \u00bc -inch dice<br \/>\n60 ml daikon radish, peeled and cut into \u00bc -inch dice<br \/>\n30 ml thinly sliced green onions <br \/>\n5 ml sesame seeds, toasted<\/p>\n<p>This video was recorded at the Well Seasoned Gourmet Food Store teaching kitchen in Langley BC Canada.
