At first I tried using Manual mode and setting the white balance there. But this only affects still photos, and pressing the Video button overrides these settings and it goes back to auto white balance. The solution is to dial up the video mode (don&#8217;t use the video button yet), and then choose Scene Selection, and under the scene menu, choose ISO Expanded (Low Light Sensitivity). Magically the White Balance menu item will then appear, which will take effect during video recording.
