Bonus: This recipe is safe for vegans, vegetarians, and meaters alike!<\/p>\n<p>Please subscribe :) <a href=\"http:\/\/youtube.com\/geoffmobile\" class=\"autohyperlink\">youtube.com\/geoffmobile<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<br \/>\n1 1\/2 cup pearl barley<br \/>\n1\/2 cup fresh parsley (regular parsley or Italian parsley)<br \/>\n1\/2 cup fresh mint<br \/>\n1\/2 cup fresh or defrosted peas<br \/>\n2 ripe Vine Tomatoes<br \/>\n1\/4 cup extra virgin olive oil<br \/>\n2 cloves garlic, smashed<br \/>\njuice of 1 or 2 lemons (use 1 for a more mellow taste, or 2 for a more tart flavor)<br \/>\nsalt and pepper to taste<\/p>\n<p>*** The trick for this salad is to not overcook the barley.
