How to Make Kraft Dinner without milk or butter

Geoff from geoffmobile.com shows how he makes Kraft Dinner (aka Macaroni and Cheese in a box) without using any milk or butter.

Please note that the flavoring package may contain milk products or butter even though no extra milk is being added. (Probably not vegan).

Filmed on a Canon EOS T2i using Magic Lantern, and Technicolor Cinestyle. Edited using Adobe Premiere Pro CS5.5 on a Windows 7 Dell PC (Intel i7, USB 3.0 for a faster workflow). This video was edited using the 32 bit color mode now available in Premiere for greater rendering quality. Instead of LUT Buddy, the RGB curves were used.

We enjoyed a really wonderful lunch at Black and Blue. My friend had the Beef Wellington and I enjoyed the Seafood Fricasse. A very cool place to check out!

Recorded on a Sony Cybershot DSC-HX7V in Full HD 1080i. Manual white balance was calibrated to the restaurant’s interior lights to give a more natural color to the food (but the restaurant interior was mostly being lit from daylight so it appears bluish in color on the video).
